New Year, New Start
A good friend asked me last week if we still had this blog. LOL I told her that I usually just post on our IG and Facebook pages, but seeing as how we have been in a pandemic for almost a year, I figured I would get back to blogging. Hopefully I will be able to post more often, especially since I have a little more free time with being in the house and not really being able to go anywhere besides work. ( Kev usually does most of the store runs 😊)
It's been almost three years since our last post. So crazy how fast time flies! I was going through looking at our old posts and all I can say is WOW! The girls were all so LITTLE! I really do miss those days sometimes. I love that they are growing, but I just want to freeze time and keep them at these ages for a little longer.
Kaysen is 7 (going on 17) and the twins are 4. That just seems so weird to say. We don't have babies anymore. Seems like I just had all 3 yesterday. As sad as I am that they are growing, I am also proud to see how much they know and continue to learn each day. I also LOVE the bond that they share. Growing up myself with only sisters I know firsthand how awesome it is to have sisters. The bond between sisters is so special and I can't wait to see how close these 3 will be. Of course they fight and argue, but five minutes later they're back laughing, playing, and hugging on each other 😍Right now they also love to sleep in each other's rooms. They come to us every night and ask if they can have a sleepover LOL. At first I was kind of hesitant to let them do this more than once or twice a month, but then the more I thought about it I realized that one day these days will be gone, so why not let them enjoy being with each other as long as I can. I'm pretty sure one day soon Kaysen will grow tired of them being in her room, so I'm going to let them have as many "sleepovers" as they want and enjoy these days a little longer. 💗
